1. Services Provided

PWA LLC offers professional pressure washing services including but not limited to:

Residential and commercial exterior cleaning

Driveway, sidewalk, and patio cleaning

Roof and gutter cleaning

Soft washing and mold/algae removal

 

All services are subject to availability and may be modified at our discretion.

 

2. Quotes & Pricing

​All quotes provided are based on the information given at the time of the request. Final pricing may vary based on site conditions.

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.

Additional fees may apply for unforeseen circumstances, such as excessive staining, debris removal, or special cleaning solutions.

 

3. Payments & Deposits

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic payments.

A deposit may be required for large or commercial projects.

 

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the quoted price.

If we need to reschedule due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible.

 

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must ensure that all windows and doors are closed, and outdoor electrical outlets are covered before service.

Vehicles, furniture, and fragile items should be moved away from the work area.

We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions such as loose paint, deteriorated surfaces, or faulty seals.

 

6. Liability & Damage Policy

While we take great care in our work, Atlanta Power Wash is not liable for damages to pre-existing conditions, including loose siding, paint, cracked concrete, or improperly installed surfaces.

If any accidental damage occurs due to our negligence, we will assess and resolve the issue on a case-by-case basis. We are also not responsible for any  

 

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive for customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with our service, you must notify us within 24 hours of completion so we can address your concerns.

• We do not offer refunds, but we will return to correct any issues within reason.

 

8. Warranties & Disclaimers

Our pressure washing services do not include guarantees against future stains, mold, or algae growth.

We are not responsible for damages caused by acts of nature, weather, or customer negligence after service completion.

 

9. Website Use & Privacy

Your use of our website is subject to our (Privacy Policy).

Unauthorized use of our content, logos, or trademarks is prohibited.

 

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes must be resolved in a Georgia court.
